I want you to think and act differently because at present our conception of ourselves as a species is limited to short-term survival of the self in the most basic way. The resources of individualism are insufficient to sustain our lives as a species. We express this in patterns of behaviour.
We are-:
-
neurotic seeking excess material and psychological wants as artefacts we view as status assets
-
hard working / obedient achieving stable existence / executing orders as task compliant automatons
-
indolent / unhappy because our experience as automatons does not match our thinking as pattern designers and makers
As individuals we are rich and powerful or passive and poor people; each as pathological as the other. They are the opposite sides of the same coin; each requires the other persona to make sense of existence. I call this the commodity form of organisation which is transactional and two-dimensional.

This approach to organisation was of value in the middle ages-to-industrial age. Increasingly humans spend time in conflict and at war, denying we are responsible for dysfunction and pretending we are civilised.
